Scheduling and Contact Information:
Requests for photography appointments can be submitted by phone 732.546.2832, online at https://willventuresphoto.hd.pics/schedule, or email to hello@willventuresphoto.com with as much detail as possible. I will reply back asap to verify the date, time and location of the shoot. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment and this contract is signed and returned the appointment will be considered booked.
Style and Aesthetic:
I utilize natural light, ambiance, and a series of external flashes to achieve a natural feel and inviting tone to my images. Optimal focal lengths are used to avoid ultra wide angles which tend to distort and skew objects and architectural lines. I aim to create visual compositions that tell a true story of the home.
At the Shoot:
The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The photographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like cleaning, making beds, or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot “As Is.” Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property. Only the agreed upon package of photos will be shot as to be efficient with everyone's time and avoid over shooting.
After the Shoot:
Once the images have been made, the photographer will perform digital retouching and deliver to you within 24-36 hours from the end of the shoot day. Delivery is via google drive to the email address(es) you supply. Images will be available to view and download for 1 month from shoot date. Two sets of images will be delivered, one higher resolution for print purposes (magazines, postcards, flyers,) and one lower resolution with each photo under 1MB to be used for all web purposes (MLS, emails, and websites).
Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement Weather Policy:
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a no-show, and the client will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.
Rights and Usage:
All images produced for an Agent [Client] may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self promotion for the length of the listing or rental advertisement period. The photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company. Copyright ownership of the images remains with the Photographer and allows third party licensing for the photographer only. This license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
Payment:
Photographer will supply an invoice with all photography fees detailed, delivered to the Client via email on the 15th or last day of the month depending on the shoot date and is due within 15 days of receipt of invoice. Payment to Willventures Photography is accepted via checks, bank payment, credit card, or Venmo app user “willventures”. Please mail checks to 512 Avenue G #325, Redondo Beach, CA 90277. After 15 days a late payment fee of 5% per week will be applied.
Health & Safety:
Due to continuing efforts to stay safe during COVID-19 in the community the Photographer will take the below precautions. The client, owner, and all parties involved agree to not hold Photographer liable and agree to the approved photoshoot. Once entry is granted to property Photographer will be the sole person onsite in order to perform the work. If this is not possible we must work to create as much space as possible between parties. A mask and gloves will be worn throughout the shoot. Photographer will have minimal contact with surfaces and will be shooting property as is.
