This package covers your marketing needs and more! 25 image package $419 add or subtract $30 per 5 additional or less photos.
We’ll arrive and do a quick walkthrough to create our shot list so we know exactly what to shoot.
Usually we’ll begin with smaller rooms and work our way to larger spaces, this depends on the suns positioning and weather conditions.
After photos we’ll tidy up our main equipment and setup for 360 photography.
Finally we’ll do two walkthroughs of the property using a phone application that will scan for floorplan.
All images and tours are meticulously edited, and you’ll receive an email to your website.
Turn around time for all media is between 24-36 hours, however its possible to receive early delivery as well!
Once you follow the prompts and setup a login for your site you’ll have access to everything you’ll need for marketing your property.
