Deluxe Marketing Package

With our Deluxe marketing package you’ll get a custom number of photos, a 360 virtual tour of the property or drone images, floor plan, a custom branded website with a url to match your properties address, and video showcase of the home. This package will provide you all the marketing materials to ensure your property is represented the best ways possible! 25 image package $669 add or subtract $30 per 5 additional or less photos.

THE DAY OF

• We’ll arrive and do a quick walkthrough to create our shot list so we know exactly what to shoot.

• Usually we’ll begin with smaller rooms and work our way to larger spaces, this depends on the suns positioning and weather conditions.

• After photos we’ll tidy up our main equipment and setup for 360 photography.

• We’ll do two walkthroughs of the property using our phone application that will scan the floor/wall joints for the floorplan creation.

• We’ll end with our video shoot moving from room to room capturing cinematic shots walking through the space.

THE Next day

• All images and tours are meticulously edited, and you’ll receive an email to your website.

• Once you follow the prompts and setup a login for your site you’ll have access to everything you’ll need for marketing your property.

• Turn around time for all media except video is between 24-36 hours, however its possible to receive early delivery as well!

• You’ll receive a first cut of the video for review and notes within 24-36hrs, from there we will provide any changes, and finalize edit, color, and text information. You’ll have access through the website for a branded and un-branded video that will be used for the MLS.
